I’ve decided one day I’m going to shoot for Rock Sound, be a head photog, live in America or England (wherever I can afford or get scholarship to go to school in), make my own damn living so I can support my own damn self and give everything I have left after supporting myself back to my family, be a good friend, that friend you can rely on and depend on, I am going to live my dream and I will make shit happen for myself. Whatever it take man, I WILL DO IT.
I’m bout to re-edit this photo. Photoshop is dangerous, there is so much you can do to a photo yet you don’t want it to become ‘tacky’ or go overboard. Wish me luck…. let’s hope I don’t take more than twenty minutes editing this….
So. Damn. Good.
Let Her Go - Passenger (Cover By Lakyn)
The man, looking into my camera, when I walked passed him he said to me, “You dropped something…” Pointing to the ground, I look down and he says, “My heart…” oh Turkey!

Anonymous asked: What was your first DSLR? I'm looking at getting my first, what would you recommend?
Hello hello!
My first dslr was/is the Canon 50D it still is my only dslr! Since then Canon have released some amazing camera’s and i’m pretty sure most of their dslr’s now have video functions which is awesome, something my ol’ 50D lacks. It’s crazy how cheap you can pick up a Canon kit for these days. I believe the 1100D’s are around $500 give or take and a 50mm 1.8 lens is at most 90 bucks (I still use and love this lens)
Thanks! x

The past few weeks I have been in Turkey, traveling around their country, eating their food, speaking, barely speaking their language and taking their pictures and pictures of their land. I am currently working on getting over my jet lag and catching up on school work, however I will most likely end up working on these photos I have taken. I am excited, beyond words, to show you these pictures.
Writers are forgetful,
but they remember everything.
They forget appointments and anniversaries,
but remember what you wore,
how you smelled,
on your first date…
They remember every story you’ve ever told them -
like ever,
but forget what you’ve just said.
They don’t remember to water the plants
or take out the trash,
but they don’t forget how
to make you laugh.
Writers are forgetful
because
they’re busy
remembering
the important things.
